Jasmine flower concrete, also known as jasmine absolute, is a highly concentrated aromatic substance derived from the flowers of the jasmine plant. It is commonly used in the fragrance industry to add a sweet, floral note to perfumes, soaps, and other cosmetic products.
The beauty of the extraction method is that the CO2 quickly and completely evaporates, leaving no residue and the process does not require heat. The resulting oil has an aroma closer to the natural plant than a steam distilled essential oil. A natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic odor of the plant or other sources from which it is extracted.
