Production Method

Cumin oil is produced via steam distillation of crushed and dried cumin seeds (Cuminum cyminum). In this method, steam is passed through the seeds, liberating their aromatic compounds. The resulting steam, now infused with cumin's distinct warm, spicy, and slightly nutty aroma, is condensed to isolate the cumin oil from the condensed water. This process preserves the characteristic fragrance and therapeutic attributes of cumin in its concentrated essential oil form.
